Coronavirus (COVID-19) Procedures

Following the recent government guidelines we will be closed until the end of April when will review the situation and make a decision on reopening.
If however you have a genuine emergency and there are no other options for your cat let us know and we will see if we can help.
Due to the continuing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak we have decided to implement new temporary procedures to protect not only ourselves but all of our customers. We have many customers travelling far and wide and are trying to find an effective way to keep everyone safe.
We will take all incoming cats at the front gate and ask all customers not to expect to settle cats in their pens.
All cats going home will be bought up to the gate after you arrive, payment can be sorted out while collection is taking place, or alternatively by BACS payment.
We will be suspending all viewings for the foreseeable future. Please see our website for any information you may need.
We do hope you can all understand the precautions we are taking to ensure that we can continue to run Crannies effectively through this crisis whilst keeping everyone safe.
